With over 30 years of professional experience, Mr. Hoang Le Son is a highly accomplished executive with extensive expertise in finance, accounting, and corporate governance. Holding a Ph.D. in Economics, he has built a distinguished career through various senior leadership roles and has made significant contributions to the development and management of large-scale enterprises.

Throughout his career, Mr. Son has held a number of key executive positions, notably serving as Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Chief Accountant of Vietnam Multimedia Corporation (VTC), where he was responsible for financial management and strategic business operations.

He currently serves as:

• Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Pacific Partners Joint Stock Company
• Chairman of VNC Group Joint Stock Company

With more than 20 years of experience in the banking and financial services industry, Ms. Tran Thi Thu Trang possesses extensive expertise in risk management, investment management, and customer relationship development. Throughout her career, she has held a number of senior leadership positions at leading financial institutions, where she has demonstrated strong capabilities in business development, operational management, and strategic financial planning.

Her previous and current executive roles include:

• Director of a Transaction Office at Sacombank
• Regional Senior Relationship Manager for Ho Chi Minh City and Head of Business Development at the Ho Chi Minh City Branch of Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank (MB Bank)

Currently, Ms. Trang serves as Head of the Supervisory Board of Hung Vuong Insurance Joint Stock Company, where she is responsible for overseeing governance, compliance, and risk control activities.

In recognition of her extensive experience and professional expertise in finance, banking, and corporate governance, Ms. Tran Thi Thu Trang was elected as a Member of the Board of Directors of SAM Holdings at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held in April 2026.
